Dear Subscribers, Please Forgive Me! (I’m Still Figuring This Stuff Out)
Yesterday’s email wasn’t supposed to go to your inbox.
I’m trying to figure out the best system for delivering emails my subscribers want to read and not sending long posts they won’t care about and will probably not open anyway. Today’s newsletter includes a short blurb about my posts with their URLs so you can choose which stories interest you. I published a couple without emailing them but missed checking the correct box yesterday.
It was an important post for those who arrange and join Zoom meetings, as it exposed a terrible hack that left me with ugly visions that I’m still struggling to rid myself of. I’ve never seen anything so vile in my life. You can find the post here if you didn’t open yesterday’s email.
We are not leaving the Village for our next RVICS assignment until June, and our Campers for Christ rally was canceled due to the nasty cold front that inundated Texas. Without travel or volunteer stories to share, I wrote about National Love Your Pet Day. I thought I’d poisoned my cat and included a warning about using diffusers in your home when you have pets. Animal lovers who’d like to read that story can find it here. 🐈
As my profile states, I’m a passionate, conservative patriot. I care very much about our country and openly share my opinion. Some subscribers are interested in the RV life and spirituality but not American politics. In these turbulent yet exciting times, I will write about the topics I feel are vital to our nation’s health. As a Christian, I believe the country is in the mess it’s in because the dead church cared more about being tolerant of lifestyles and blending in culturally than being salt and light and inspiring people to adhere to biblical living.
As a California escapee, my Facebook feed is filled with people losing their minds over Trump’s presidency and administration.
DOGE seems to be ruffling the most feathers, which I find unbelievable. Musk and the DOGE team have uncovered more fraud and waste of our tax dollars than any of us could have imagined. I was inspired to write Are You One of Those Aggravated About DOGE? (You Should Be Delighted!)
In it, I share a list of insane things our government has used our tax dollars for. So far, one of the biggest offenders is USAID. It’s inconceivable how much money has been spent on DEI initiatives all over the world, not to mention the funds that went to terrorist organizations.
As I said at the beginning of my newsletter, I’m still trying to figure things out. I’d love you to share your opinion about my newsletter so I can make it serve you best. Thanks for reading, and God bless

We haven’t done as much traveling either during this time because we’ve been work camping for the first time so I also struggle sometimes to find things to write about
