I planned to give more details about this challenge in my video. The dread of getting through eating the sardines made me shorten it. I’ve attached an informational video about the many nutrients in sardines and why the 72-hour sardine fast is so beneficial.
The Omega-3s in sardines are one of the most significant benefits. They are great for your brain, heart, and body in general. I’m struggling with short-term memory loss, and a heart condition is part of my family history. These are the reasons I decided to take the challenge. It will be a bonus if I drop a few pounds in the process.
I finished the can of sardines, and despite not liking them, I decided to forge ahead. I’ve ordered a case from Amazon, and it will arrive tomorrow. I’m going to wait until next week to take the challenge.
I plan to begin my fast on Tuesday and end it on Friday. If anyone wants to join me in the challenge, it would be great to have some cohorts. Please shoot me an email, and let’s experience this together.
This newsletter isn’t about RVing or anything spiritual, but I thought it would be fun to see if any of my subscribers would be interested in joining me on this journey to better mental health. I’m excited to share the details with you.
Thanks for your time. Have a blessed day. My next newsletter will be about the new chapter my husband and I are starting in our lives. It’s going to be amazing.
All the best! I don’t think I could stomach them (not a huge fan of seafood in general)
Ummm…no thanks! 😆😆But good luck with it.
